Johnathon Shepherd / President
Johnathon Shepherd is a Service Disabled Veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps as a mechanic and Crew Chief of the now retired CH46E helicopter. Utilizing the experience, training, and skills the MC taught him, transitioning to the telecommunication’s industry was a breeze. Johnathon now has over a decade of information technology and voice communications management experience in both distribution and construction of OSP, ISP, copper and fiber networks, and materials. Johnathon has a Bachelor of Science, in Business Management and in pursuing DOD business he continues his education through federal training seminars and certifications from the Defense Acquisition University.
Jessica Shepherd / Eagle Ops Community Outreach Coordinator
Jessica Shepherd has over 20 years of experience in business administration to include 8 years of experience in federal bidding and processing. In 2016, Johnathon and Jessica launched Eagle Ops, the Veteran Outreach Program for Americom Technologies Group. Jessica currently manages the community outreach, social media, volunteer operations, promotions and fundraising for Eagle Ops.
Lindsay Horishnyk / Capture Manager
Lindsay Horishnyk has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She holds certifications in many Microsoft software applications. Lindsay has been federal contracting for over 5 years.
Ronnie F. Carlton, RCDD / Director of Technoloiges
Ronnie F. Carlton has 17 years experience in the technology and communications field. He has retained an Oklahoma license as an Electrical Journeyman for over 30 years. Ronnie holds many certifications, including access controls and camera systems, and continues to stay current in the field by attending training and certification courses. From sales to project management to journeymen – he has experienced all sides of the industry. Ronnie’s proficient knowledge of the technological and communications industry makes him an essential part of our team.
Shawn Meserve / Electrical General Manager
Shawn Meserve began his career in the electrical trade in 1992. He has traveled across the United States working on various industrial and commercial projects, including: power plants, hospitals, refineries, paper plants, steel and aluminum plants, and compressor stations for the gas industry. Shawn settled in the Oklahoma City area in 2000 where he began supervising and heading project management roles. These positions aided his development of troubleshooting, project design, and project management skills. Shawn has worked projects from conception to their completion, using AutoCAD and working closely with customers he is able to ensure budget conscious solutions throughout the life of these projects. His endeavors in the residential, commercial, and industrial fields has allowed Shawn’s exemplary customer-centered service and project oversight.
Matt F. Carlton / Operations Manager
Matt Carlton began his career as an Apprentice Electrician and now has nearly 15 years’ experience in the electrical and telecommunications trades. As a licensed Journeyman Electrician for over 7 years, Matt is skilled in project management, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Matt now holds the position of Operations Manager at Americom Technologies Group and ensures the smooth progress of our projects.
